We will not oversell what it does. A pop-up verifies nothing. It records that somebody clicked a button. There is no date-of-birth field and no identity check, and nothing that runs in a browser can confirm anybody’s age.

What we do have is this: by placing an order you confirm you meet the minimum age and that you are ordering for laboratory research purposes. That is a statement you make, and you are responsible for it being true.

We may refuse or cancel any order where we have reason to doubt that. We do not have to explain why, and a cancelled order is refunded in full.

We do not ask for, store, or want your date of birth, your government identification, or a scan of anything. Our privacy policy sets out the short list of what we do hold, and none of it is age or identity documentation.

If an identity check is ever introduced, this page changes first and the privacy policy changes with it.

Do not order, and do not ask someone else to order for you. An order placed for someone who could not place it themselves is a breach of our terms and conditions and we will cancel it if we find it.

If you believe someone underage has ordered from this store, contact us through the contact page with anything that helps us find the order. We will cancel it, refund it, and delete what we hold, and we will not require you to prove anything first.

Whatever your age, these are laboratory materials. Store them where children and anyone who might mistake them for something else cannot reach them, and dispose of them in line with your institution’s rules and your local regulations.

When the minimum age is set, and when any check is introduced, the date at the top changes and the change is described. We will not quietly tighten or loosen it.
