Reaching us

How to reach us

Send the form on this page, or email us. Both arrive in the same place and both are answered by a person.

We operate from West Vancouver, British Columbia, and sell online only. There is no counter to visit, no showroom, and no telephone line, so we have not invented opening hours for a building that does not exist.

Boreal Peptides is run by David Zora, President and CEO. Email reaches him at [email protected], and our about page sets out what we will and will not say about a compound, and why.

Certificates

The fastest useful thing you can ask us

Ask for a certificate by compound name, and we will send you the report we hold for the lot you received or the lot currently in stock.

This is the request we expect rather than resent, and it is the whole reason this store publishes batch references. Seventeen of our thirty-one products carry a third-party purity certificate naming the testing laboratory and the batch. Fourteen do not, and if you ask about one of those we will tell you it is not tested rather than send you something that looks like a certificate and is not.

If you have already ordered, include your order number and we can match it to the exact lot that went in your parcel.

Use the form below. The fields we ask for are the ones we need to answer you, and nothing else.

In scope

What we can answer

  • Which lot you received, and what its certificate says.
  • Whether a compound is tested, and by which laboratory.
  • What a purity figure does and does not cover. It covers identity and purity in the sample tested. It does not cover sterility, endotoxin, heavy metals or safety.
  • Order status, stock and restocking.
  • A mistake on this website. If a page contradicts another page, or a number looks wrong, we would rather hear it from you than not. We have corrected our own published figures more than once and we will do it again.
Out of scope

What we will not answer

This is not evasiveness. It is the same position the rest of the site takes, and it does not change in private correspondence.

  • No dosing. Not for any compound, at any strength, for any purpose.
  • No protocols, cycles or stacks.
  • No administration guidance of any kind.
  • No medical, veterinary or legal advice. Nobody here is qualified to give it.
  • No claims about what a compound does in a person. Everything we sell is supplied for laboratory research use only, and the full statement is on our research use disclaimer.

If you have taken one of these compounds, we cannot help you. Contact a physician or your local poison control centre, and call emergency services if someone is seriously unwell.

Your message

What happens to what you send us

Your message reaches us by email. We keep it while the matter is open and for a reasonable period afterwards, and then it is deleted.

We do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us, we do not pass your message on, and we do not use it for anything other than answering you. The full position is in our privacy policy.

Waiting time

How quickly we reply

We answer email within one business day, Monday to Friday, Pacific time. A message that arrives on a weekend or a British Columbia statutory holiday is answered on the next business day.

We would rather publish a number we can meet than a comfortable one. Until that is settled, what we can tell you is that email is read by a person and that we will say “we do not know yet” rather than leave you without a reply.

There is no chat widget on this site today, and we are not going to describe one that is not there.

Other enquiries

Suppliers, laboratories and press

Supplier enquiries, laboratory enquiries and press can use the same form. Say which it is in the subject field so it does not sit behind order questions.
